Our Story
MH Sportswear was born from a journey of personal transformation. During the pandemic in 2021, our founder, Marielbi Hernández, found herself stuck in an unhealthy cycle, working non-stop, eating poorly, and feeling disconnected from her body and confidence.
In 2022, she took her first steps toward change, and by 2023, everything shifted. With the guidance of a nutritionist and a personal trainer, she committed to fitness, wellness, and self-love.
Spending time in the gym sparked a deeper question: “Do I want to keep working for someone else, or build something of my own?” That question planted the seed for MH Sportswear. Today, MH is more than a brand, it’s a reflection of Marielbi’s heart, growth, and desire to help others feel strong, beautiful, and unstoppable.
