Refund Policy 

All Sales Are Final

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any purchases. This is because our products such as sports bras, leggings, and other intimate athletic wear are considered personal-use items. For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, these garments cannot be restocked or resold once opened or worn.

Please Choose Carefully

We encourage all customers to review our detailed Size Guide before placing an order. If you are unsure about your fit or need help selecting the right size, our team is happy to assist you through email or WhatsApp before you complete your purchase.

Defective or Incorrect Items

In the rare case that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will review your situation and may offer a replacement at no additional cost. To qualify:

  1. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

  2. Send an email to hola@mhsportswear.com with the following:

    • Your full name and order number

    • A clear photo and/or video showing the damage or defect

    • Description of the issue

  3. If approved, you must return the original item to our provided return address before a replacement is issued.

    • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

    • Return shipping instructions will be provided after your case is reviewed.

Returns sent without prior approval or without valid evidence will not be accepted or processed.
